SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
We are committed to processing and fulfilling all orders with care and diligence. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to product availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order at our sole discretion.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international destinations may be subject to additional restrictions, fees, or limitations, and are offered at our discretion.

Shipping Rates

Delivery

We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date or within any specific timeframe. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers must contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in filing a claim with the applicable carrier; however, we do not assume liability for loss or damage caused by the carrier. All claims are subject to carrier investigation and resolution procedures.
Returns and Refusals
Packages refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an undeliverable address may be subject to restocking fees and will not be eligible for a refund of original shipping charges.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
